INSTRUCTIONS

Project 2A
step 1: distributing roles
My role was light director, who is a person in-charge of the lightings for
example: checking to see if the light matches, moving the lights
around
step 2: filming
Then, we all arranged a day to meet up and film all the scenes together.
It was very tricky at first as it was everyone's first time.
step 3: editing
First, we had to match the videos to the audio as we had recording the
audio using a mic for a clearer sound. After, we were to adjust the color
of the clips to give off a more impactful effect.
I adjusted to color of the clips to give it a more creepy, suspenseful
vibe with the cooler tone colors.

REFLECTION
Overall, I learned the most from this project as I experienced how it was to be in charge of a production. It definitely wasn't easy as there will be more than one take, sometimes might go up to ten takes per scene. However, I am fortunate enough to have helpful teammates who all contributed well to their roles. Although we had a rocky start, we eventually got back up on our feet and produced an amazing film together. The editing process was fun as there was no fixed order (we were allowed to mix up the order, doesn't have to follow the order of scenes from the original film) which could create a whole different storyline. I went for a comedic storyline and used a witty audio towards the end. I also was amazed at how adjusting the colors could make a big difference to the video, giving it a different vibe.
As for the second part of this project (Tiktok), I had a lot of fun filming as there were no specific restrictions. It was just a video reflecting on ourselves and so, I decided to film a daily morning routine as I love sharing my life with others.
